Rattler Community Christmas Fair – Vendor Registration
Location: Mary Valley Rattler, Tozer Street, Gympie
Date: Saturday 4 July 2026
Time: 12:00pm-6:00pm
Be part of one of Gympie’s most magical community events – the Rattler Community Christmas in July Fair.
Held at the historic Mary Valley Rattler station, this festive, family-friendly event brings together makers, foodies, and community groups for a joyful day of shopping, entertainment, kids’ activities, and Christmas cheer. With market stalls, festive train rides, live music, roving performers, and giveaways, the precinct will be full of good vibes and great crowds.
We are seeking:- Market Stallholders ($35): Handmade, homegrown, or locally sourced products
Platform Sites 1-12 are on the station platform. They are a smaller site approx. 2.5m x 1.8m and marquees are not permitted.
Carpark Sites 13-26 are located in the carpark and require vendors to BYO 3m x 3m marquee and marquee weights. - Food Vendors ($200): UNPOWERED sites only.
- Activity/ Fee for Service Providers ($200): Face painting, craft stations, animal encounters, and more
All vendors are asked to contribute a small product, voucher, or prize for our popular on-the-day giveaways.
Important Information for Vendors
Vetting Process:
All applications will be reviewed as part of a thorough vetting process. The Mary Valley Rattler reserves the right to accept or decline any vendor at its discretion. If your application is not accepted, your stall fee will be refunded in full.
Vendor Application Form:
All vendors must complete the official Vendor Application Form. If you haven’t already submitted one, we will email it to you following your booking. Your place is not confirmed until this form is returned.
Insurance Requirements:
Public Liability Insurance is compulsory for all vendors. A current Certificate of Currency must be submitted with your application. If you do not have insurance, visit mymarketinsurance.com.au for affordable Market Stall Day Cover.
Event Conditions:
This is an outdoor, all-weather event. No power is available on-site. Stallholders must be fully self-sufficient and provide their own shade, furniture, and setup.
Applications close Sunday 31 May 2026.
